Never heard of your city? Neither had we, for most of them. Nearly every project we take is in a jurisdiction we're researching from scratch. That's the standard path, not the exception — which is why an unfamiliar AHJ doesn't slow us down.
That includes everything that has to happen before you can file. Plenty of cities won't issue a permit to a contractor who isn't registered with them first. We check that up front and handle the registration, so you don't find out at the counter.

If the jurisdiction asks for something only you can supply — revised plans, added engineering, a scope change — we'll tell you exactly what's needed and rebuild the package around it.
