Inspection coordination

Every inspection through final — rough, final, electrical. We schedule the AHJ, the homeowner, and the license holder, and confirm documentation is on site.
Re-inspection

When an inspection fails and has to be rescheduled and re-coordinated.
Resubmittal

When the jurisdiction needs new or revised documents from you — revised plans, added engineering, a scope change. Plan check comments are always included at no charge.
Business license registration
$75 per jurisdiction
Most cities won't issue a permit to a contractor who isn't registered with them first. One-time, per city.
License Management

Month to month. We keep the valuation ledger and track every renewal date across your jurisdictions. Filings billed separately at $75.

Jurisdiction fees
Permit, licensing, and renewal fees charged by the jurisdiction are passed through at cost. No markup, ever.
Cancellations
If you cancel a project after we've completed jurisdiction research, we charge $75. If you cancel after it has been submitted, we charge $85.
